Tutorial: Connecting Bones

Description

Hello :) Well someone needed help with their model, so I decided to make a tutorial :D Yay, my first tutorial~ <3

This tutorial is for connecting bones. An important note on this; Don't forget that not all bones that are connected are right by each other on the list in the bones tab. Sometimes there will be several bone between them. Also, don't forget about invisible bones either :)

Text (because some of it might not be easy to read ^^;)

Box two: First, find the bone that is glitchy in the bone tab (fifth tab) in the main PMD Editor window. In this model's case it's the ankle bone that's glitchy, so I'll want to find that.
Once you find the bone you need, you'll want to look at the three white text boxes right beneath name. The first one will most likely have a zero (Also, you might have the same problem if, for example, the second box has a zero in the leg bone. That would also mean the bones aren't connected properly and therefore would not be working)

Box three: Now, first off we'll want to find the bone your glitchy bone needs to attach to. In this case it's the lower leg bone. Once you find the bone you need you'll need to find the bone's number, which is on the left side of it's name in the list. In this case the bone number is 39. Once you find it, return to the glitchy bone.

Box four: Once you're back to the glitchy bone, in the first of the three boxes (the one right under Name: ) you'll want to put the bone number that you're connecting to. (39, in this case) This is connecting this bones, so that's they'll move properly.

Box five: Congratulations! Your bone problem should now be fixed :)

I am no longer able to offer any help with the PMD Editor Program. I don't have it on my computer, and it's been so long since I used it I remember nothing. I am genuinely very sorry, but I can't help you with any questions you have outside of the tutorial; please look elsewhere for help. Thank you.
